Commissioners authorize draw from building repair fund to replace failed courthouse compressors
After staff reported two failed courthouse compressors and $8,202.87 already spent on HVAC this year, the board authorized using the major building repair fund to pay for replacements.

County staff told commissioners that two compressors in the courthouse HVAC system have failed and that the courthouse budget had $10,000 allocated for HVAC work this year. "So far this year, we spent $8,202.87 out of a $10,000 budget," Chair (S2) said while explaining the shortfall.
