Eva Henson, the housing services administrator contracted through HomeTrust of Ouray County, told the Ouray County Board of County Commissioners on April 15 that HomeTrust completed the Phase 1 rollout of Kintone deed‑restriction management software and piloted online rental applications for a five‑plex at 835 2nd Street in Ouray.
