The Dickinson County Commission approved awards on March 19 for culvert/pipe purchases at multiple road locations. Staff recommended accepting Contact's low bid for the large 2145–2650 Avenue item and J&J Products' low bid for the other sites; the board approved both recommendations during the business portion of the meeting.
