- Resolution 15926: Appointed Environmental Design Group LLC to provide appraisal and right-of-way acquisition services for the Cassidy Avenue corridor improvement (Mifflin Township) in the amount of $182,350. Adopted unanimously.
- Resolution 16026: Authorized disposition of obsolete county property (motor vehicles and equipment) by internet auction; adopted unanimously.
- Resolutions 16126–16326: Office on Aging contract approvals and extensions were adopted, including a contract extension for interpretation services among three vendors (16126) not to exceed $200,000, a contract agreement with Probate Court for adult guardianship services (16226) not to exceed $378,000, and a second extension with Mac Mattress Outlet for mattress and bedding services (16326) with a county obligation not to exceed $150,000. All three were adopted unanimously.
- Resolutions 16426–16526: Expedited type 2 annexation petitions to transfer parcels from Madison Township to the city of Groveport (ANX 526 and ANX 626) were approved; presenters said the petitions meet Ohio Revised Code sections 709.021 and 709.023. Adopted unanimously.
- Resolution 16626: Authorized an extension and modification with Otis Elevator Company for elevator maintenance services for county facilities for March 17, 2026–March 16, 2027. - Resolutions 17126–17326: Appointments and reappointments to regional boards were approved: reappointment of Mallerie Donaldson (17126) and Erica Clark Jones (17226) to the Central Ohio Transit Authority Board of Trustees through March 31, 2029, and appointment of Angelina Vega (17326) to the Franklin County Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services Board through June 30, 2029. Adopted unanimously.
