Jay County approves $30,500 appropriation to help fairboard complete electrical work
Fairboard leaders told commissioners the fair must upgrade electrical service to retain the ride company; commissioners approved a $30,500 appropriation from Economic Development—Windfarm to fund half the project after the board learned the fair had already raised roughly half the cost.
