The Save Middletown Planning Board on April 1 gave conditional approval to Dreamfields, Inc. for a cannabis processing and wholesale distribution facility at 55 Midland Avenue Extension, adopting SEQRA decisions and operational conditions intended to address odor, safety and licensing.
Ryan Felinser of Felinser Engineering presented the project and noted the use would be wholesale only with no retail sales on site and that the applicant had submitted a formal odor-mitigation plan to the planning-board engineer (CPL) for review.
