Franklin County commissioners on March 24 approved Resolution 18226, a $1.5 million subaward to Franklin County Public Health to expand a transitional housing initiative that provides temporary hotel placements (up to 90 nights), community health worker support, housing‑specialist assistance and wraparound services for residents referred by health and human‑service agencies.
