Cheney resident urges UGA adjustment to include long-sought parcel
Bonnie Baker, a Cheney resident, told the Spokane County Steering Committee she supports Cheney’s effort to adjust (not expand) its urban growth boundary to encompass a roughly 10-acre parcel that has been under consideration since 2019, saying the city has limited developable land south of the railroad. County staff noted the EIS and study-area map remain available for review.
