Staff presented a proposed amendment to the zoning code to clarify that 'secure personal and group care' should be a separate use category rather than a subsection under another use. The staff member said the provision was adopted originally in 2022 but the formatting left room for confusion; the proposed change would strike Title 14 Chapter 2 Section 5 subsection I12 and add Chapter 14 Section 2 Section 5J as a distinct use category.
