Severity levels: both were low-to-moderate because they affect clarity but not the substance of recorded decisions.

Revision: The articles were revised to (a) explicitly flag the vice-chair nominee ambiguity in the procedural article (noting the minutes do not list Jerry among attendees) rather than implicitly asserting identity, and (b) preserve the recital of Carol Anderson's recusal but quote the minutes' language rather than paraphrasing to avoid misinterpretation. No other facts were changed or invented.

After revision, I re-ran the checklist and found no remaining high-severity issues. The substantive coverage of the conditional use permit, the findings, and the required conditions remains intact and tied to the transcript segments.
