At the March 10 meeting the board recorded two formal procedural actions. Early in the meeting a motion to approve the minutes of the February 10, 2026 Parks Board meeting was moved and seconded; the chair announced the motion carried. Near the end of the agenda the chair requested a motion for the journal and a second was recorded.
