Coach asks for recognition for trapshooting program; board hears update on participation and practices

Robert Favor, who identified himself as a high-school trapshooting coach, described the program’s first year, its practice schedule and student participation. Favor said practices are usually Monday and Tuesday evenings, the program sent competitors to a state championship in Alexandria last year, and nearly 40% of participants said trapshooting is their only extracurricular activity.
