Economic Development Commission Director Ashley Willis told the Board that the confirmatory resolution contained incorrect and duplicate parcel numbers, including five parcels listed in both Pike Crossing at I-69 and the new tax increment financing area. The amendment was presented as a cleanup to correct parcel references and remove duplicates.
