Brownfield staff releases RFP and submits FROM project; Greene announces resignation
Kent County staff said an RFP was released and that the FROM project was submitted to the State; Commissioner Ben Greene announced he plans to resign from the Brownfield Board and to appoint Commissioner Kallman as his replacement.

Haley Stichman, Community Development Coordinator for Kent County, told the board that the Request for Proposals (RFP) for upcoming brownfield work was officially released earlier that week and has been distributed to prospective contractors and stakeholders. Stichman also said the FROM project was submitted to the State this week and encouraged anyone considering projects to contact County staff early to ensure coordination and support.
