County IT reports sharp drop in Odyssey conversion errors; OCA productivity reports reconciled
Court-IT staff reported that turning on Odyssey custom business rules and targeted corrections reduced conversion 'invalids' from tens of thousands to about 5,269; staff said they expect to finish corrections by April and that OCA productivity reports now align with corrected case-count rules.
