Commissioners asked that the full layer list be included in the minutes.
Commissioners noted the grant match and timeline constraints tied to mitigation funding and asked staff to ensure contract language addressed grant performance benchmarks where applicable.
No final plan was approved at the meeting — the vote authorized the contract and data sharing needed to develop the county’s multi‑hazard mitigation plan.
