Committee favorably reports substitute SB 162 to rules and reference

At the end of the meeting Senator Lang moved that substitute Senate Bill 162 be favorably reported to the Committee on Rules and Reference. The clerk called the roll; members recorded their votes and the chair announced "there being sufficient votes, substitute Senate Bill 162 is favorably reported to the Committee on Rules and Reference." The committee held the roll open for one hour to allow members who had checked in but not voted to register, then the committee adjourned.
