Meeting actions: agenda approved and rules suspended for work session
Summary
The Board approved the agenda (digital vote) and voted 5-0 to suspend normal delegation rules to permit shorter opening remarks and more informal discussion during the work session.

2) Suspension of delegation rules: The board then moved to suspend the normal five-minute speaking rule for the work session and adopt a three-minute initial speaking limit for delegates, board members, the superintendent and the student board member, with more informal discussion allowed thereafter upon recognition. That motion was moved by Mr. Kisner, seconded by Mr. Ziggra, and passed by a 5-0 vote.
Later in the meeting the board moved to adjourn; that motion passed by voice vote and the session ended at about 7:51 p.m.
