The Keizer Parks and Recreation Advisory Board voted April 14 to recommend that the City Council return an indoor activity center to the Keizer Rapids Park master plan, with a binding cap that no more than 20% of the park be developed and a request that the facility, if built, be sited within the plan’s Area B while maintaining the dog park.
