WDB reports strong One-Stop performance; audit shows outcomes exceed USDOL expectations

He reported that adult and dislocated-worker participants entered training at a rate of 90%, 18 of 20 audited participants received industry-recognized credentials, and the youth program sample reached 100%. Hart added that ten audited records exceeded the USDOL expectation of 85% for documentation.
Hart said he is coordinating with staff member JaNea to put in place a process that refers customers back to employment-service partners for job-search assistance after training completion, in addition to supports from training providers.
