Procurement panel recommends awarding both Career Services proposals; GCIA to consider Nov. 20

Allison Spinelli, WDB staff, told the workforce committee that two responses to the Oct. 28, 2025 request for proposals (RFP) for Career Services were received and that both proposing agencies submitted budgets for a six-month period and for a full year as the RFP requested.
