The commission selected a $10,000 solid-waste plan proposal and approved annual bids for plastic pipe and aggregates, awarding pipe to Wallace Bumper Supply and multiple aggregate items to K&B Earth Materials and Hadley's Trucking; staff will continue to evaluate optional driveway-material bids.
