Tony Knapp, who said he has served in extended-day programming for 11 years and currently oversees the Glendening and Sedalia elementary sites, told the board the Extended Day Program (EDP) serves an estimated 89 students (42 at Sedalia, 47 at Glendening) and provides morning and evening care that helps working parents.
