Cherokee Nation Home Health Care outlines service area, enrollment process and hospice limits
Matthew Rucker told the Health Committee that Cherokee Nation Home Health Care provides services reservation-wide for home health and outreach; hospice services are currently limited to 50 miles from Tahlequah, enrollment requires a clinician referral and a release of information, and services are provided at no cost to Cherokee Nation citizens who meet program requirements.
