District tests Raptor emergency system; drill highlights data and connectivity fixes

Staff said they will fix roster integrations, clarify expectations for status/location entries and run follow‑up training during an upcoming workshop week to improve accuracy and redundancy (including a "buddy" fallback where one staffer can mark another's status if their device is unavailable).
