Engineering reports progress on road-condition goal; resurfacing and park projects to continue

Engineering staff told council the pavement condition rating has risen from 64 toward a target of 80 after multi-year resurfacing; the parkway and pickleball projects are wrapping up, and a $1.2M resurfacing bid was recently accepted with further work anticipated next year.
