The Planning Commission continued review of telecommunications facility permit COTCP 26-0001 (Vertical Bridge) to the May 11 meeting pending a Board of Adjustment variance hearing set for May 5; staff said the tower may be up to 199 feet and may not meet a 500-foot setback to a sub-40-acre agricultural parcel.

The Pennington County Planning Commission voted April 13 to continue a telecommunication facility permit for a proposed Vertical Bridge tower to its May 11 meeting while the applicants pursue a variance at the county Board of Adjustment.
