Weston plan commission approves amendment to storage facility permit after applicant cites rapid demand
The Village of Weston Plan Commission on April 13 approved Amendment No. 3 to a conditional use permit for a personal storage facility at 8211 and 8311 Scoffield Avenue, allowing a return to the originally approved larger 'maxi' storage units after the applicant said demand and occupancy improved under new management.

The Village of Weston Plan Commission approved Amendment No. 3 to conditional use permit 2023-0188 on April 13, authorizing the personal storage facility at 8211 and 8311 Scoffield Avenue to revert to the site plan and building elevations adopted under Amendment No. 1.
