The Baker County Local Planning Agency approved two companion ordinances to change land use and zoning for a 1-acre parcel owned by Colleen Dixon on Rueis Lane in Glen Saint Mary, moving the parcel from agricultural designation to a residential classification that would allow an additional mobile home.
