Brook Lake master plan accepted by parks committee; plan needs funding

Planning staff presented the Brook Lake master plan and asked the committee to accept the document and incorporate it into the Parks, Recreation and Open Space (PROS) plan. Jason Gerwin summarized three public design meetings and said the plan packages community priorities—an extended boardwalk to circumnavigate Brook Lake, interpretive and educational features, historic preservation elements, and improved access for student salmon releases.
