At their meeting, the Decatur County overlapping taxing districts approved three routine motions by voice vote: the minutes from the prior meeting, payment of a $10,000 invoice to Effing and Norton related to the sports complex, and payment of a $1,000 invoice to SD Barnes Construction for design work on the county EMA building.
