Planning manager: digital zoning map heads to second hearing; administrative variance code in use
Planning Manager David Cook told commissioners that Ordinance 26‑02 (digital zoning maps) finished a first reading and is scheduled for a second hearing on April 22, and that Ordinance 26‑05 (administrative variances) was adopted by the Board and staff are beginning to apply the new code language.

David Cook, Clatsop County Planning Manager, updated the commission on current projects and ordinances. He said ordinance 26‑02, the county’s digital zoning maps ordinance, completed a first reading at the Board of Commissioners on April 8 and is scheduled for a second hearing on April 22, when the board will take a vote to adopt or reject the ordinance.
