Following staff presentations documenting exterior storage, inoperable vehicles and other code violations, the council declared nuisances and ordered abatement at 2435 Long Lake Road, 215 Central Street East and 421 State Street East; owners have until Oct. 12 to comply or the city will abate and assess costs.
