The commission unanimously approved a site plan for a two-story, roughly 5,300-square-foot South Coast Bank building (475 Canal Road). Staff said the project will include 31 parking spaces and Type E landscaping along Canal Road and Canal Crossing; the applicant will provide a trip-generation report to the county engineer during civil engineering plan review.
