Public Utility Commission requests fixes to nine outdated references in transportation statutes

Greg Favor, who identified himself as a staffer at the Public Utility Commission, told the Senate Transportation Committee the agency found nine instances in Titles 24 and 25 where older names ("public service board" or "public utility commission") were not updated to refer to the Transportation Board.
