Plan Commission approves Culver's permit and site plan, keeps Parmenter/Lisa intersection as-is with developer-guaranteed improvements
After extensive public comment and technical debate over safety and traffic modeling, Middleton's Plan Commission approved a conditional use permit and site plan for a new Culver's and voted 3–2 to keep the Parmenter/Lisa intersection unchanged now while requiring the developer to provide security to fund Alternative 1 improvements if needed within 10 years.
