Jasper Telare LLC is seeking planned development district (PDD) designation and a development agreement from Jasper County for a 30‑acre commercial project at the intersection of U.S. Highway 17 and Speedway Boulevard (Highway 315). At a March 16 workshop, county staff, developer representatives and traffic engineers discussed traffic impacts, safety mitigations and next steps for final design and DOT approval.
