Planning Commission recommends rezoning for Lee lakeshore parcel, 4–1 vote
The Commission voted 4–1 to recommend rezoning a portion of 4825 Pittman Ave SW from General Agriculture to Agricultural/Residential with a shoreland overlay after a site inspection found wetlands and a suitable building site and commissioners weighed corridor land-use policies.

On Feb. 12 the Wright County Planning Commission recommended that the County Board rezone the northeast portion of 4825 Pittman Ave SW in Cokato Township from General Agriculture with a Residential-Recreational Shorelands (S-2) overlay to Agricultural/Residential with S-2 to allow a single-family lakeshore lot.
