Delavan council approves $1.48M street contract, library work and several licenses in unanimous votes
At a regular meeting, the Delavan Common Council approved multiple procurement and contract items, including a $1,482,641.62 award to Wolf Paving for the 2026 Street and Utility Improvements with a 2% contingency, library design and security-related contracts, license approvals for community events, an ordinance change on cul-de-sac parking, and multiple appointments and resolutions.
