Board approves claims and routine resolutions; First District DOC contract renewed and easement granted
At its April 20 meeting the Black Hawk County Board approved payments totaling $353,681.87, renewed a $260,000 contract with the First District Department of Corrections, approved a permanent easement for tree and driveway work at Cedar Wapsy and Wagner Road, approved COBRA rates effective July 1, 2026, and approved minutes and the consent agenda.
