Board authorizes Microsoft licensing agreements for county IT
The board approved two Office of IT items on April 21: an Enterprise Microsoft 365 GCC licensing purchase billed through the California Department of Technology and a separate SHI renewal for server and database licenses. Staff said the county uses roughly 1,700 named Microsoft licenses and will continue license management and periodic true‑ups.
