Residents press council on long-running code-enforcement and parking problems
Two residents told the council March 23 that longstanding code-enforcement cases remain unresolved and that heavy parking during church and union events on Livingston Avenue is creating safety and access concerns; councilors and staff agreed to follow up and seek schedules to assign patrols.
