Roads: The board voted to add a portion of Heather Drive (to the end of the cul-de-sac, contingent on county ownership) to the 2025 resurfacing project while Thurston School Road work is under way. Staff said they will confirm ownership and provide cost information.
Great Building roof project: The board authorized proceeding with a consultant (referred to in the meeting as "America") to assist with surveying the roof, preparing specifications and managing the bid process for the Great Building roof replacement. Commissioners were advised the roof has areas of rot and ventilation issues requiring repair and re-roofing.
