During the meeting’s announcements, commissioners said Yamhill County is serving as a pilot site for an overdose fatality review committee bringing together the district attorney, Community Justice, the Oregon Health Authority, parole and probation, and service providers to review individual overdose fatalities and identify prevention opportunities.
