Committee approves third 30-day permit extension and $100,000 additional escrow for downtown BOA building purchase

After a design and schedule update from Klein Sweeney Associates, the Property Management Committee voted to exercise a third 30-day extension and add $100,000 to the county's nonrefundable escrow (bringing it to $450,000) for a proposed downtown building purchase; the motion passed 5-2 on roll call.
