Mr. Watson described the Hokum Woods Parkway pipelining project as the second-ranked stormwater CIP item and explained the scope: roughly 130 feet of 42-inch corrugated metal pipe and 77 feet of 18-inch CMP to be rehabilitated using cured-in-place lining or cast/structural concrete lining. The city solicited bids from pre-qualified contractors and received three responses; staff recommended Utility Asset Management as the low bidder and presented a contingency that brought the total authorization to $97,245.
