The district administrator reported a referendum and facilities update to the board, saying remaining contract obligations totaled $537,062 to address items including a long-running basement water leak, heating and cooling updates, some asbestos abatement, new carpet and ceiling tiles, gym and brick painting, and new keyless/digital access.
