Council adopted Resolution 45-2026 to convert the existing extended-stay hotel at 701 NW 53rd Street into a 125-unit Commercial Industrial Multifamily Development with 10% affordable and 5% workforce units and a voluntary proffer of five nonexclusive public parking spaces for El Rio Trail access (vote 4–1).
