Ada County approves consultant for comprehensive plan, selects new CAMA vendor and awards multiple construction contracts

Procurement read the evaluation committee’s final rankings for RFP 26024 (Ada County Comprehensive Plan). The evaluation memo listed Logan Simpson as the top-ranked proposer with a score of 126.54; the board moved, seconded and approved awarding the contract to Logan Simpson.
For RFP 26001 (CAMA and property tax system) procurement reported Omnium Technologies as the top-ranked proposer with a score of 118.87; the board approved awarding the project to Omnium following the evaluation team's recommendation.
The board also approved multiple construction and facilities awards recommended by procurement: bid 26004 (Morris Hill Warehouse Remodel 2026) to Barrier Building Incorporated for $800,000; bid 26031 (Ada County Courthouse Clerk Treasurer Remodel Phase 2) to Excelsior Construction Company for $489,550; and bid 26037 (400 Benjamin Roof Replacement) to E&H Quality Construction dba E&H Roofing for $314,800. In new business procurement also recommended award of bid 26035 (Ada County Victim Services Center RTU replacement) to Accu Engineered Systems as the lowest responsive bidder for $165,967; the board approved that award as well.
Procurement staff (identified in the record as Bob) read weighted evaluation scores and bidder rankings into the record and noted the evaluation committee’s recommendations. Several items, including RFP 26027 (Courthouse Corridor Parking Services), were tabled to allow additional interviews and review.
All awards were approved by voice vote during the meeting.
