Committee advances bill to authorize IDIQ contracts for DPW projects
The JGO committee approved HB 24-69 to add indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract authority to Title 70, intended to speed small infrastructure and road projects and facilitate use of federal grant dollars, sponsors said.

The House JGO committee on April 10 voted to advance House Bill 24-69, which would amend Title 70 of the Northern Mariana Islands Administrative Code to authorize indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the Department of Public Works.
